There are spraying, transparent, abrasive, translucent toner, silk printing, bronzing, silver stamping and so on.

4.Silk printing: There are usually two kinds of glass bottle silk printing, one is high temperature ink silk printing, which is characterized by not easy to decolor, dull color, purple color is difficult to produce effect, the other is low temperature ink silk printing, brighter color, higher requirements for ink, otherwise easy to fall off, and in the bottle disinfection should pay attention to.

5.The effect of spraying should be added 0.5 yuan to 1.1 yuan per piece, depending on the area and the difficulty of color matching. Screen printing is 0.1-0.5 yuan/color. Cylindrical bottle can be calculated as monochrome. Special-shaped bottle can be calculated as bichrome or multicolour, and bronzing silver is 0.4-0.8 yuan/piece.

6.If the glass bottle is made by hand mould, there will be a little deviation in its capacity. When it is selected, it should be tested and correctly labeled. For example, the automatic production line is more uniform, but the demand for shipment is large, the period is relatively long, and the capacity is relatively stable.

7.The uneven thickness of glass bottles can easily lead to damage or be crushed by contents under severe cold conditions. Reasonable capacity should be tested during filling. Paper holders should be used in transportation and separated individually. Colored boxes should be equipped in products. Inner brackets and middle boxes can be more vibration-proof.

8.The bottles commonly used in glass bottles are usually in stock, such as essential oil bottles, ordinary transparent or abrasive bottles. The production cycle of glass bottles is longer, but it takes 20 days to make them fast. Some of them need 45 days to supply them. The general order quantity is between 50 and 10,000. The smaller the bottle type, the larger the quantity to be done. The period and the initial order quantity will be affected by the peak and off seasons.

9.Expense for opening moulds: Manual moulds are around 3000 yuan, automatic moulds are generally around 6000 yuan, and 1 out 4 or 1 out 8 is about 19,000 yuan to 36,000 yuan, depending on the conditions of the manufacturer.

10.Bottle cap technology can be used to carve aluminium carving, gilding edge, etching lines, with dumb bright color and luster, with gaskets and inner caps, it is best to cooperate with the use of pressure sensitive sheets to enhance the sealing effect.

11.The essential oil bottle is usually made of tea or coloured or colored abrasive. It can avoid light. The cover is covered with a safety ring, which can be fitted with an inner plug or a dropper. The perfume bottle is usually equipped with an exquisite spray pump head or plastic cover.
